I am looking at buying some Le Cruset or Staub and Mauviel M'Cook (the 5 ply SS) later on this eve.
Any one had any joys / issues with these? (remember across the pond in Europe, no one has heard of All Clad, so some brands are not known here, like in America, some European brands wont be known etc... so hence I mentioned just those 3).
So far, my idea is:
Stub 26cm Cocotte with steamer insert
Mauviel M'Cook Frying pan 30cm (sorry, I mean 'Skillit' :-)
Staub or Le Cruset 20cm Saucepan or Cocotte
Mauviel 16cm Saucier (M'cook 5 Ply etc...)
Le Cru 22cm Marmoutito (no sure of the spelling, the Saucepan + frying pan lid combination)
PS, Le Cru means Le cruset, just laziness means I ended up typing le cru all the time now adays
