I've noticed that both Staub and Le Creuset seem to be coming out with a lot of ceramic bakeware. Any thoughts on the quality? I like both brands for ECI (please, let's not rehash those arguments there - we can at least agree that they're very high quality for what they are). Are the ceramics similar high quality? I thought the LC ones were made in China - is that the case?
I've been a big fan of Emile Henry for ceramic bakeware in the past, and even cookware (love my flametop risotto pots). Those I know are made in France.
