"STARVING ARTISTS WAFFLE AND ESPRESSO HOUSE," Markham - Surprisingly enjoyable brunch!

Charles Yu | Apr 29, 201910:31 AM

Except on a Cruise Ship, it has been ages since I last had a western style brunch on a Sunday. Today, I decided to tag along with my kids to a supposedly 'interesting' Waffle house in Markham and try out their famous Egg Benedict/Waffle combo. The brunch experience was surprisingly enjoyable with a memorable encounter of some of the best tasting bacon anywhere! ( nicely caramelized and generously glazed with Maple Syrup ). Poached eggs can be ordered to degree of desired done-ness. Hollandaise sauce was velvety smooth and delicious. The side dishes of Maple Baked-Beans and Potato Salad were equally yummy and impressive!

An Almond Mocha Coffee, one of three drinks we ordered tasted very 'different' but delicious.

Service was super friendly even with a packed front-of-house.

NOTE: Cash Only!
