I've been toying with the idea of setting up a food booth at fairs, farmer's markets, and other special/sporting events.
If anyone here has done this before, I'd really like to hear/read your experience.
I may have access to a "ready-to-go".
The items offered will be simple: Cambodian beef sate, Five spice chicken skewers, and grilled tuna. The only problem I see with the tuna is that it could be a low margin item at best, a non existent product at worst if the weather doesn't cooperate.
I would also appreciate any resources to look up to research this idea.
