Aquavit was simply spectaculor...Refined, focused and so exciting. The chef is cooking with a lot of science but the flavors are pure genious. So clean, so perfect. The plates were not over crowed with useless garnish and everything was edible. Beautiful breads and friendly staff.
The Foie Ganche with Duck pastarmi....awesome, Slow roasted salmon served as a eight inch long strip was so tastful and different... Try the Taylor bay scallops with curry sorbet and you must have the Tartar..
I really think the restaurant will be garantueed a three star review and will only fail to gain a fourth star because it is Scandanavian and not French or French american..
