Stacked - Comments on ordering ?

So hubby and I went to Stacked today, after reading a little about it on the web. We got there around noon, and we were seated right away. The person who sat us went on to tell us how to order. First, you must take a credit card and swipe it on the ipad, and then continue on with your order. I told her that we planned on paying cash, and that I didn't want to use my credit card. She said that it wouldn't be charged and that they don't store the information, and I could pay cash a the end, but I again stated that I didn't want to use my credit card. She was very polite and told me that she could swipe a card and that I would have to pay for everything as it came out, i.e. drinks, main course. She swiped the card and we proceeded to order.
It was very easy to order, my husband had a pizza, and I made my own salad. I ordered two salad dressings on the side, but they were very small and I PAID for them each. I asked for more and they very willingly brought them over and didn't charge me. After we placed the order, they came and collected the money. They were having problems with the computer at this point, and they came and brought us the receipt later. The food came and it was as we ordered, and it was decent. The service was good, though it was not very crowded, there was a lot of management people there to help with problems, which is a good thing.
I talked with one of the vp's that was there, and told her my concerns about the credit card system. That there are a lot of people who don't want to use a credit card, or don't have one, and they should have something else in place. Secondly, in all of their communications on the web, and the write ups that I have read, there is no place that talks about this use of a credit card. and they don't even mention it when you are seated. She said that she would look into it. She told me that she would come back and see how we liked our food and that if we didn't like it, we wouldn't have to pay for it, we never saw her again.
I'm not making a special trip there again, if I'm in the area I might try it again, but it is nothing special, other than the ipad.
What do you think of their practices for ordering?
