St. Paul Farmer's Market - Saturday

The new market looks really nice. Of course at this time of year, there were pretty much only meats, plants, and baked goods.

The Lengfeld farm, however, had beautiful heads of Boston lettuce and new spinach. They have greenhouses and get a head start on everyone with the green stuff. The lettuce is heavenly. It's usually gone by 8:00 am, though so you need to get there early.

Sawatdee across the street was advertising a breakfast buffet beginning at 7:00. Good strategy.
