I'm a longtime visitor of St. Martin (used to go annually) who has been away from the Island over the past 7-8 years, and will be taking a week-long trip there over the holidays with my wife (who has never been to the Carribean at all). We're both big food people, so I'm looking forward to revisiting a number of the places I used to love going and exploring some new spots that have opened since my last visit. So far, after doing some digging (through my memory and through the interwebs), I've created an initial list of the below spots, but I would love the community's feedback on which of these are the most worthy, and what places aren't on my list that can't be missed. Thanks in advance for the expertise!
Sky's The Limit
Lolo #6 (on the right in the back w/ tables by the beach)
Hilma's Windsor Castle
Le Ti Coin Creole
Wayang Doll (is it still open?)
