St. Louis specialties

I was in St. Louis, once, a few years ago and had 'toasted ravioli' at, I think, Busch's Grove.
Absolutely loved it and I can tell you it's hard to
find in Southern California. I'm going back to St.
Louis and I wanted to know if this is still a good place to have it?

Also, (and I hope I'm not starting anything) is Ted
Drewes still the one and only place for ice cream
custard in St. Louis?

Finally, where to eat on the road from St. Louis to
Santa Claus, IND? Not to mention, in Santa Claus, IN.
