I recently burned my non stick and want to go for a good quality SS lined fry pan. 11in or bit more. I only have space for 1 large pan so I need it to be versatile.
I had my eyes set on All Clad, but people say they warp and have bad handles? Anybody have experience with these? Deneymere atlantis looks great, but outside of my budget.
Ps: I don't cook on induction stove tops
