SS or Enameled Cast Iron for Skillet (Frying pan)

Hi All,

'sides from the other choices (iron, alu etc...) my choice is either SS Skillet (something like Mauviel M'Cook 5 ply) OR Staub / Le Crueset Enameled Cast Iron...

Any thoughts, before I get onto Amazon later to finalize things?
