The Best SS bowls are mixing bowls.....

chefwong | Nov 1, 201306:27 AM     4

Why are the best SS bowls I've come across are the ones that comes with mixing bowls. I have two 1 1/2 - 2 qt ancients ones I use as prep bowls..

Went bowl shopping lately. So far, Cusipro and Tovolo - just so happened to made in the same COO, India....both have shown some weird slight *rust* lines. Both brands went back ....

Strangley, the German Made Rosles I have are in my *prep bowl shelf*. Love the weight, love that fact it's german made, love the heavy gauge, I Hate the the slightly sharp lip on them.

I might just have to swing by the supply shop one day and see what the Vollrathhs and Winco's compare..

Any preferred brand of SS bowls you guys like.
