sripraphai garden open, cheaper ibarra source

sripraphai garden seating section is now open and
the food continues to remain the same (very good)
O-13 was loved by my friends, the shrimp+egg
dish was beyond belief (we asked for a 2nd order).
tong yib and blackbean+tapioca in coconut milk
were excellent desserts. i was disappointed they
didn't have miang but the meal more than makes up
for any minor disappointments.

at 39th st/9th avenue just south of the port authority
bus terminal there is a mexican store that has ibarra
@ $3 as opposed to the $4.20 routinely charged at the
21st st mexican kitchen store. they also carry
abuelita, the nestle lookalike (a bit too similar to
ibarra in appearance, not in taste).
