From doing some research on here, looks like people in general are not that impressed with the flavor of dried squid ink pasta. Alas, I’d like to try it anyway. I bought some and I’d like to cook it as a side dish for Christmas dinner. Most of the recipes I’m finding online make it the star of the show… For example, shrimp and scallops over squid ink pasta. Does anybody have any suggestions for what to do with it as a side dish? We’re doing surf and turf… Probably some sort of stuffed shrimp or fish, and some sort of beef. I’d like to make the pasta as a side dish. Thanks!
