and I thought it would be nice to sprinkle some blended pistachios around the raspberry jam so that the red and green colors together would look festive.
This won't ruin the flavor, right? I know there are Middle Eastern pistachio-coconut sweets that are great, but I don't want to affect the coconut butter flavor in these cookies too much.
So yay or nay to the pistachio sprinkling?
