I have a recipe for a chocolate chip pie, but it makes 2 9" pies. I only want to make one! Most ingredients I can split in half easily, but it calls for 3 eggs - what to do??? The eggs are part of the pie in the "crust" area - there's a cookie dough type crust with a whipped topping on top. Do I use 2 eggs to get a more cakey crust, do I beat the 3 eggs and use half of that??
