Cocktails & Spirits

Spirits for my wedding. Please help me finalize the list...

hey all, so i need to provide my vendor with a list of spirits for my upcoming wedding.

it's a Northeast summertime wedding so i have compiled the following list of spirits, beer and wine. please see attached photo and pasted list below.

i think i've touched on most of the basic stuff, with my main concern/question around the rum. do i really need a spiced rum? what's the most versatile rum; something that would work in a "rum and coke" but also potentially some sweeter mixed drinks or even a dark & stormy? is there really 1 rum that can do this?

any other thoughts on my offerings? i am obviously going for a really good QPR (value) here.
