I was experimenting in my lab--err, kitchen--and put together a spinach dish. I figure that what i cooked is probably a variant of some well-known dish, but I have no idea what the name might be. Perhaps someone here can help me.
I scrambled an egg, added some shredded mozzarella cheese, some cooked (fresh) spinach, and some dijon mustard and nutmeg for flavoring, and baked it for a while. So I got a kind of "cake".
