I dropped my brand new jar of preserved lemons from Kalustyans and most of the liquid spilled out. Luckily no lemons actually came out of the jar... But there's barely any liquid left.
Can I save the lemons by replacing the liquid with some kind of homemade brine or plain lemon juice? What would you do?
PS- any great dishes that call for preserved lemons? I got them for Dorie Greenspan's "chicken in a pot"
