I asked the guy (no Helen this time) what he suggested that was similar to the cumin beef. He asked if I like spicy, I said yes, and I got the most blazing bowl of braised beef I've ever experienced. Really really yummy with the requisite chili-infused oil and a lot of dried red chiles to boot. A few veggies but mostly beef and sauce. I am not a spice wimp (well, maybe compared to GG and Rubee) but this stuff just blew my skirt up. In a good way.
