I was at the Chinese grocer's last week and asked if they had smoked tofu. The cashier came over to the coolers and looked and replied no. There was a Chinese restauranteur nearby and pointed to this and said that is what I was looking for. Is this indeed smokey tofu? I am also looking for a Sichuan recipe for whatever tofu this is. Can anyone help?
