Spicy Steamed Beef with Rice Meal from Dunlop's Land of Plenty

I am doing a Chinese banquet on Friday after Thanksgiving. This year we are having at least 42 people so I am looking for a few do ahead dishes. Do you think this recipe could be steamed ahead of time and reheated? TIA
