Spicy PA Dutch peanut brittle

I picked up some of this stuff from a farmer's market in Lancaster County, PA two years ago. It was really excellent peanut brittle--the light, porous, crispy kind, not the dense biting-into-glass kind, and it was quite deliciously spicy. Last week, I found the old bag at the bottom of some luggage and decided to order some. The guy, Bill Schlenner, is super friendly, makes each batch fresh to order, and a pound costs only $8.00 (amazingly, he puts the bill in with the shipment). It arrived in about a week, and it's just as good as I remember.
