Spicy Hut - Chinese Indian dishes in Newark

Han Lukito | Apr 26, 200501:40 AM     2

It's fast food place, you pay first and they call your number. My main purpose was to try the Chinese Indian dishes.

First, the portion for around $6-7 was very small which is disappointing IMO for this type of dishes.

Chili chicken was not bad. Not spicy IMO.

I also got the Manuchurian veg, shrimp dish and somekind of chow mein/flat noodle dish. All were just OK. Interesting dishes for sure.

So, I probably would not go back. Still impressed by PRIYA in Berkeley which I think is still the real deal for these type of dishes. Flavor is better at PRIYA I think without hesitation.
