Trying to set up a dinner in which at least two courses (can be main, appetizer, dessert, whatever) are spicy, or otherwise smartly utilize chile peppers, etc. Can be any ethnicity. Not looking for takeout, but a sit-down place known. Low end to high end.
What restaurants in Seattle come to mind when you think of spicy dishes? I'm sure you'll send Szechuan recommendations, and welcome those, but hoping for good diversity. Bonus if you have specific dishes to match those restaurants.
