Spice Grill in Germantown, MD

trishna87 | Mar 21, 201506:14 AM

Just wanted to get the word out about Spice Grill in Germantown, MD. Few stores over from the Dutch Market on Great Seneca and Wisteria. It's nothing fancy to look at but they more than make up for it with their food and their customer service. I think they used to own some other place on Rockville Pike before. India Garden maybe?

It opened up right before this hellish winter started so they haven't gotten the attention/customer base they deserve. But all their Yelp reviews have been five stars.

The food is really good, like I'd rec the peshawari naan and the chicken malai tikka kabab. And get their Thai soup. It's the closest thing to a Bangladeshi styled thai soup I've had since I moved here. It's all pretty affordable too. I've found they don't use a whole lot of oil. I've been there a few times now and every time I've been happy with the food I got. I think they have a $10 lunch buffett on weekdays and weekends, which I wanna try out soon.

Let me know if any of you guys try it out and like it :) If Indian food's your thing, Spice Grill is definitely worth a visit.

And no I don't know these people, I'm just really a fan of their food and would hate if they had to close down because people didn't really know about them.
