I have the urge for a mini thanksgiving tonight.
How long do you think a boneless 1/2 breast of Turkey will take to cook in a convection oven? I have a thermometer...I just don't want to start this if I'm gonna be eating at 9 o'clock.
I can't remember if they sell these skinless at my market or not. What should I do it if is skinless to avoid big-time dryness?
Having just been involved in the anti-prepared foods thread, I'm a little embarrassed to ask this, but does anybody have any comments on cornbread-type stuffing mixes that might be in the "gourmet" store? My Mom usually makes homemade biscuits and cornbread, grinds them up and gives me little care packages that i freeze. I'm out of care packages and don't have time to make cornbread tonight. Ideas?
I have some left over chunky homemade apple sauce. Any chance that might be good in the dressing?
Anybody want to lay odds on whether I can roast a turkey breast, make dressing, gravy and sweet potatoes in an hour tonight?
