More Specifics on Portsmouth/New Castle and even York Beach -- Help requested

Hi Fellow Hounds...

Below is a list I've aquired. I'll be visiting, from NY, New Castle/Portsmouth next week with some time spent in York Beach, with my two children, ages 4 and 13. I have no idea where to eat. We'll eat anything, but for the kid's sake I'd prefer to avoid a seafood place that does not offer land options.

They both behave well in all types of restaurants but I will also be dining without them, and I'd love suggestions for adult spots. Price doesn't matter, although I wouldn't mind some quick and cheap lunches, since we'll be on the move most days.

Does anyone see anything below they'd recommend? Are any of these any good? For those places without web sites, can anyone tell me anything about them?

Also: Can I get gelato anywhere in the area? And where is the best coffee?

Thanks a bunch...
