Specific Restaurant Recs Needed; Question Re: Wine Tasting Itinerary

Hello! We are visiting Portland from CA (Sacramento) for MLK weekend in January and need new feedback since we last visited three years ago -- https://www.chowhound.com/post/portla....

Friday dinner -- We get in around 4:30 pm. I made reservations at Castagna but was wondering if there are newish, better tasting menus we should consider. Past visits included meals at Le Pigeon, Beast, and Roe.

Saturday -- our plan is to hit some wineries after grabbing some pastries at Ken's Artisan Bakery. So far on my list are Antica Terra (we have a 10:00 am reservation) and Lemelson, Soter, and Lingua Franca. I doubt we will be able to do Lingua Franca because it's just too far from the others, but I was really hoping to make that work. Anyway, any thoughts on any of these places? I am not completely wedded to any of them but I'd like to do 3, 4 places at most. Should I swap one out for Evening Land? Is Lingua Franca worth the drive?

Saturday dinner -- we're staying at the Inn at Northrop Station and was hoping to go somewhere walkable. Paley's Place seems like the best option as we haven't been there in ages. Any place we should go instead? Bar Mingo?

Sunday dinner -- We are torn between Ataula and Ox. We've gone to Toro Bravo several times and Andina twice and would like to try someplace new. We love Argentinian food but the lines scare us.

We've figured out our brunches/lunches but would appreciate any thoughts on any of the above.

Thank you!
