So, I'm on a hunt for a very specific type of Pad Thai and I thought you guys might be able to help me out.
This is the menu description of a pad thai from Thunder Bay, Ontario:
Fresh rice noodle, stir fried with tofu and egg in a tangy spice mix. Crushed peanut, lime and green onions are on the side. Served with homemade peanut sauce
I think what make's this pad thai different is the peanut sauce and the spice mix (instead of a ketchup/tamarind sauce).
Can anyone help me? I'm willing to travel around Toronto a bit. Thanks for you help!
