I know there are always posts about the best sushi places to go to in Tokyo, but those tend to focus on overall quality. I was just wondering if anyone knows of any sushi restaurants that specialize in certain types of seafood. For example, a sushi shop that focuses specifically on the quality or variety of their shellfish. Or a sushi shop that only serves seafood caught from a certain area in Japan. I seem to remember seeing something somewhere about a shop that serves a variety of bluefin tuna caught from different places around the world. Interested to see whether anyone has any info. Thanks!
