& served with soft polenta
Amarone della Valpolicella, Massimago 2013 Docg

to the palate, it carries hints of cherry and black pepper. Minimal sugar
residues for an austere and velvety taste with a barely perceptible salty finish.
AMARETTI CON ZABAIONE

Recioto di Soave, “Arzimo”, la Cappuccina 2015 Docg

level of alcohol. The fruit on the palate echoes
perfectly the sensations on the nose and is very persistent.
