homemade organic focaccia bread with
stracchino (mild creamy cheese) & arugula
Prosecco Brut, Asolo Superiore, Loredana Gasperin Docg
Variety: 100% Glera Slight creamy notes on top of the floral perfume.
Very pleasant, elegant and intense flavor and refreshing.

bruschetta with Venetian style soaked
salt cod with evo and green onions
Muni Bianco, Daniele Piccinin 2017 Igt
Variety: 70% Chardonnay, 20% Durella (Rabbiosa), 10% Pinot Grigio
The wine style is green and flinty. Crisp. Bright. Fresh.

risotto with radicchio & italian speck (smoked prosciutto)
Cabernet Sauvignon, Loredana Gasperin 2016 Doc
Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
The nose is dominated by notes of blackberry and blueberry with
aromatics of dried flowers, and a noble spiciness of pepper, cocoa and vanilla.
Palate: Blackberries, vanilla, graphite and a bit of baked red fruit and spice

braised venison with amarone sauce
& served with soft polenta
Amarone della Valpolicella, Massimago 2013 Docg
Variety: 70% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella
Red deep color. The nose is extremely intense with notes of wood
barn, mint, oriental spices and Mediterranean flavors. Deeply aromatic
to the palate, it carries hints of cherry and black pepper. Minimal sugar
residues for an austere and velvety taste with a barely perceptible salty finish.
amaretti (italian almonds cookies) & zabaione
Recioto di Soave, “Arzimo”, la Cappuccina 2015 Docg

Variety: 100% Garganega It is full and velvety, medium-sweet,
with fresh acidity counterbalancing its moderately high
level of alcohol. The fruit on the palate echoes
perfectly the sensations on the nose and is very persistent.
