What to do with "Special" grade canned crab meat?

I have two cans of pasteurized "special" grade crab meat. This is one of the lower grades of picked blue crabs. This is body meat in small pieces unlike lump meat. I know I can use it in dips or soups but does anyone have any good entree ideas? I was thinking crepes or enchiladas but recipe ideas from any food culture would be appreciated Thanks!
