Good friends and chefs, Amiko Gubbins of Parallel 33 and Riko Bartolome of Asia Vous in Escondido are combining their considerable culinary skills for an evening of incredible food and wine. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy the talents of two of San Diego's top chefs - both have won numerous local awards and are former James Beard House chefs. Monday, August 29th at Parallel 33. Tandoori Marinated Shrimp - House Made Saag Paneer

White Seabass Wrapped in Grape Leaves - Feta, Oven dried Tomato Tabbouleh, Fried Capers

Monkfish “Chorizo” - Brown Butter Gnocchi, Purslane, Raisin Vinaigrette

Asian Cured Duck Breast - Gingered Savoy Cabbage, Hon Shimeji Mushrooms, Tamarind- Plum sauce

Roasted Veal Tenderloin - Ragout of Sweetbreads, Lop Cheong and Pineapple
