My husband and I have been to Vegas multiple times and dined at a few very nice restaurants over the years. Carnevino is one of our favorites as was Bartalota. That said, I'm looking to treat him to a sky's-the-limit dinner to celebrate his retirement while we're in Vegas. He doesn't want any gifts and he's not the type to buy a surprise gift for. We both love getting dressed up and dining out so I figure a high end dinner would be the best gift which I know he will agree to. So, my question is, if you could go anywhere in Vegas for an over-the-top meal, where would you go? We're open to any and all cuisines. Thanks!
