Speaking of pork shank...

Will Owen | Dec 4, 200510:38 PM

I've been looking for several meat-type items over the last year or so, and one of my chief Holy Grails is the bone-in pork shank. I know it has to be available, as it is on the menu at a few area restaurants. I'm looking for one or more that I can cook myself, as I take cosiderable pleasure in doing that sort of thing, but the only ones I've found in meat markets so far have had the bones removed. I've been looking mostly in Asian markets; is this something I might find at a really big Latino market, such as Gigante?
