I've got a fresh rack of Flintstonian pork ribs from my CSA sitting in my fridge during a very busy work week. Meaning, I'll be getting home too late to cook them any of my favorite bbq ways. Does anyone have a recipe for a stew with spare ribs or something that I can easily assemble one night after dinner, cook, and reheat quickly the next day. I don't want to spend time marinating or making a spice rub. Something simple and peasant-y. One pot, a handful of ingredients. Any suggestions are appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
