Spanish restaurants in DC/NoVA?

I’ve eaten at Taberna del Alabardero and Jaleo, and enjoyed both for different reasons. However, is there a good Spanish place in the area that’s not as high-end at Taberna and not a tapas place?

I’m remembering eating out as a kid in places in NJ that served a soup called (forgive the spelling) caldo galego, various paellas, and those fried disks of potatoes on the side. We knew the owner of our favorite place was Galician, which explained the soup, but I’m thinking a good, hearty Spanish meal that doesn’t cost $50 per person would satisfy a craving.
