Spanish Restaurants (and comments about paella)

Hi everybody,

We are a Spanish couple (well, catalan, in fact) that l-l-l-l-love to eat. We have been living in the city for almost three years and love the diversity of food that we can find, it's been an eye-opener. Anyway, we haven't been to any spanish restaurants in a long time (we like cooking and we like to think that we are good at it ;-)) but maybe we should try one, just for fun... any recs? We will post the results...

Talking about paellas...

It is funny to see how in a lot of "Spanish" restaurants in the city they add lobster to the paella, when in fact Lobster, in Spain, is a very very expensive and luxurious item (that you don't see often in menus, only in upscale restaurants) and paella is, originally, food that "humble" people ate when they were working in the fields, or fishing...
