Best Spanish/Portuguese in Newark--is it Casa Vasca?

What's the best Spanish/Portuguese in Newark?

So far I've been to five or six places and Casa Vasca (small Spanish place a few blocks from Ferry St. in a quiet area of the Ironbound; the address can be found at www.superpages.com) is the best I've been to so far. It beats the living daylights out of Forno's, Iberia, Don Pepe and one other whose name I can't remember (World or something like that, located near Gateway 3/4 and not far from Raymond Boulevard).
