I have a friend visiting me from Zaragoza, Spain and and is at his midway point on a trip around the world.
Right now he's suffering from severe culinary homesickness.
Does anyone know where we can get real Spanish acorn-fed jamon (similar to Italian proscuitto)? Also, any authentic Spanish restaurants?
Please note.... it must be authentic, as bad Spanish restaurants in various countries all over the world has made him very skeptical!
