Also, he makes a fabulous dessert that he says is his invention, Natillas de Almendras, which has the consistency of a pureed rice pudding, but is made with eggs, egg yolks, cream, almonds, lemon peel, cinnamon. Have you ever seen this? (It's all made on the stove, not baked.) Thx much.
