went to spago for some definitely wonderful desserts. had the Majuri chocolate torte, layer of devil's food cake, Vahlorna chocloate mousse, and then glazed w/ chocolate ganache. it came w/ a scoop of chocolate sorbet on a toasted marshamallow along with fresh rasberries in it's juices. also, tried a taste of the strawberry shortcake and a few bites of a delicious peach cobbler served w/ a wonderfully tart buttermilk ice cream.
after got tempted after looking at the dinner menu and ordered appetizers. a very delicious Maryland crab cake and also a sweet corn agnolotti sauced in butter and parmigiano-reggiano.
defintiely great stuff. but of course not cheap.
