San Francisco Bay Area Chinese Breakfast Taiwanese In Search Of...

Where can I find a good place to have Chinese/Taiwanese soy milk for breakfast with yu tiao, shao bing, fan tuan, etc.? Somewhere on the Peninsula would be convenient for the first meal of the day but I'm willing to make the drive for something really good.
