For anyone who's interested in soy milk, and I've been searching for the perfect soy milk, I have made a great discovery. It's a soy milk like no other. It's thick and rich, the consistency of whipping cream. The best part is that it's made with 100% of soy beans. I don't know how they do it, but according to the label, this is the world's first 100% soy milk. All other brands on the market extract the milk and discard the solids. I've made soy milk at home and I end up with a lot of waste.

Anyway, it's available in some Korean markets. I bought my first pack at Galleria Market but, much to my disappontment, they didn't have any more on my next visit. I bought my second pack at HK Market in Garden Grove. I know I'll be on the search for more.

Finding it may be a bit tricky if you don't read Korean. The only English on the packaging is the small logo with the word "Hanmi" inside an oval. I've seen them in packs of 10 and packs of 6 and in individual bottles. It comes in 2 flavors, soy only (green label) and soy & black sesame (grey label). The soy & black sesame is slightly sweet. It's on the expensive side (99c for a small bottle) but so worth it.

If you're seriously into soy milk, look for this brand. I want to see it more readily available because I don't want to have to search high & low every time.
