Souvlaki Marinades...chicken, lamb, pork

We're hosting a Greek food night with friends where everyone contributes. As hostess I chose some of the simpler/quicker dishes so I'll be making the salad and souvlaki. I'd like to make at least two of the three varieties above one of them definitely to be chicken and probably would like to do lamb but not opposed to pork.

Two questions:
Is there a marinade I could use for the chicken and one of the meats?
Does anyone have great recipes for one, or if necessary, more souvlaki marinades?
