Prior to starting the SB diet, I bought a package of turkey cutlets and stashed in freezer which I would like to use up. I am still in Phase 1. Typically in the past, I have used the cutlets to make turkey piccata or marsala using flour. SB does allow for the use of nuts, what if I ground up almonds, pecans or walnuts and baked cutlets in oven? Still can use wine/stock/lemon reduction & capers or mushrooms. Plan to serve with mashed roasted cauliflower (fake mashed potatoes) and broccoli. Any other suggestions for how to simulate breaded turkey cutlets? Thanks!
