Lunch out two days running.

1. Mahalo Hawaii BBQ
This is the first mainland branch of the eponymous Honolulu spot and genuine island grub can be found here in abundant amounts. Combo plate lunches including a mix plate with short ribs, BBQ beef and chicken teriyaki were great with 2 scoops of stemaed white rice and white on white creamy/cold macaroni salad. The saimin noodles are imported from the islands and two perfectly prepared complimentary rectangles of spam were found floating among the BBQ chicken pieces. Great smoky, non salty broth and firm noodles. Also on the menu was loco moco, chicken katsu, grlled spam and fried shrimp. Hawaiian music plays in the background. Cash only. Great spot for lunch or take-out for dinner.
