I was reading the reviews on Amazon
which indicate that the recipes are not separated by region. And then there are some reviews that say that a particular dish from their country is quite good, so evidently the reviewer has some knowledge of a food from their region -- not so for me who has only been in a couple of South American countries and knows little of any of the food to distinguish one from another.
Would like to hear from anyone who has cooked from this book - whether your knowledge of the countries, or lack of knowledge of the countries made a difference.
