It's that time of the year again that I am using the sous vide method of cooking daily. Does anyone know of a site that actually shows the time and temp for every odd ball item?
I am trying to do a bone in turkey breast tonight and I can't get a good sense of temperature because of so many google conflicts.
Wondering it there was a "notebook" of tried and true temps so I can remember Fall to Fall season.
I keep getting google pages of this and that depending on this and that.
